Duffy & Bracken's GRAVITY System GTS machines provide a full-body workout in just 30 minutes. Utilizing your body weight against gravity, GTS machines simultaneously work multiple upper and lower body muscle groups and core stabilizers. Through controlled movement in all planes, GTS machines mimic movement of the body in everyday life, which translates into better stability, coordination, balance and performance.
Every GTS machine allows you to perform more than 250 biomechanically correct strength training, stretching and Pilates exercises at nine different levels of resistance. You don't have to move around to different machines since the GTS does it all.
