Class Descriptions
Gravity Corework
A combination of traditional and evolved Pilates exercises, Corework stages progression in three workouts. Body awareness, spinal alignment, strength, flexibility and neuromuscular control are the key goals of this course.
Gravity Strength Series
Develop your strength with this full body workout focused on developing strength and balance through slower, focused movements. Lose weight, improve stability and build good muscle support for all of your joints.
Cardio Blast
A higher intensity workout designed to burn maximum calories. Exercise intervals are utilized to move the heartrate up to its highest level, then down into a recovery phase. Intervals strengthen the heart, increase stamina and burn more calories.
Cardio Core
Cardio core is a high intensity series of abdominal exercises designed to blast that belly fat, keep the heartrate up in a fat burn zone and educate your body to use the core muscles in every day activities. You will burn calories and train yourself to use the muscles that help support your lower back and relieve compression in the spine.
Gravity Group
Gravity Group is a total body workout designed to keep your heart rate in the fat burn zone (lower, consistent intensity) while strengthening and toning the body in a balanced and harmonious way.
